1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "luk33," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the legal entity operating the luk33 online gaming platform at luk33.app under an international gaming operator licence.
• "Platform" means the luk33 website at luk33.app and all related services, games, betting markets, tools, and features accessible through a luk33 account.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or accesses a luk33 account.
• "Account" means the registered user account opened by a Player on the luk33 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their luk33 account using an approved payment method, and winnings derived therefrom.
• "Bonus Balance" means funds credited by luk33 as a bonus, promotion, or reward, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager on eligible games before Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to the Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, as required by luk33's anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of the luk33 Platform for Pakistani players.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the luk33 Platform, accessing any luk33 service, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the luk33 Privacy Policy and all game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and luk33. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

Your continued use of the luk33 Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. luk33 will notify players of material amendments via the contact details registered to their account prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

3 Eligibility & Age Restrictions

To be eligible to register and maintain a luk33 account, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
2. Be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law;
3. Not be a current or former employee, contractor, or associate of luk33 or any of its group companies, affiliates, game providers, or payment processors;
4. Not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or subject to an active exclusion order under any jurisdiction's gambling regulations;
5. Not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law in a manner that criminalises the player;
6. Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information at all times.

luk33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

luk33 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling prevention extremely seriously. If you have reason to believe that a minor may have accessed a luk33 account, please contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.

4 Account Registration & Management

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) luk33 account only. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luk33 login credentials. You must not share your account username or password with any third party. luk33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify luk33 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].

Account registration details — including your name, contact information, date of birth, and payment method details — must be accurate and kept current at all times. Any inaccuracy discovered during KYC verification may result in account suspension pending resolution.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

luk33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' accounts — are not permitted and will trigger a withdrawal restriction pending investigation.

luk33 does not charge deposit fees on its end. However, your payment provider (e.g. your bank or mobile network operator) may apply their own transaction charges, which are solely your responsibility.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• A minimum withdrawal amount of PKR 500 applies to all withdrawal methods.
• KYC identity verification must be completed prior to the first withdrawal being processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by luk33's compliance team.
• luk33 processes JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawal requests within 30 minutes as a standard service commitment. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours.

luk33 reserves the right to conduct additional security verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily extend processing times. Players will be notified if such verification is required.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

luk33 offers various promotional bonuses to its Pakistani player base. All bonuses are subject to these general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms displayed at the point of activation:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g. 30x) applies to the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Eligible Games: Not all game categories contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slot games, and sports bets typically contribute at different rates. The applicable contribution rate for each game type is displayed in the promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonuses not fully wagered within the stated time limit expire automatically and are removed from the account along with any associated bonus-derived winnings.
• Maximum Bet Rules: While an active bonus is being wagered, a maximum single-bet limit of PKR 2,000 per round or spin applies unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus wagering may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Withdrawal Cap: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum withdrawal amount derived from any single bonus is PKR 1,00,000 or 10x the bonus value, whichever is lower.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an active bonus before activating a new one.

luk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already activated a promotion at the time of modification will not be adversely affected by any change to the bonus terms mid-wagering.

8 Gameplay Rules & Bet Settlement

The rules governing each individual game category available on luk33 — including slot games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, cricket betting, and fishing arcade games — are set by the respective game providers and are displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules prior to wagering.

luk33 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by third-party testing laboratories, for all non-live gaming titles. The results of all certified RNG games are entirely random and cannot be influenced by luk33 or any player.

All sports and cricket betting odds are subject to change prior to market settlement. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the luk33 sportsbook, the odds are locked for that specific bet. Live in-play betting odds update in real time and a bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet acceptance notification.

In the event of a system malfunction, network disruption, or technical error that affects the outcome or recording of a game, luk33 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction. Players will be notified and affected stakes returned to their accounts.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the luk33 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

1. Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus structures, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, abusing referral programmes, or placing matched bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
2. Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software to interact with the luk33 Platform on behalf of a Player.
3. Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live dealer games or poker-style formats to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
4. Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing chips or game credits to another player in order to transfer value between accounts.
5. Account Sharing: Sharing an account with another person or permitting another person to play on your account.
6. Fraudulent Payment Activity: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulent payment credentials to fund a luk33 account.
7. Money Laundering: Using the luk33 Platform as a vehicle for laundering funds derived from criminal activity.
8. Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback with a payment provider after funds have been credited to a luk33 account and used for wagering.

Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension. luk33 will investigate all suspected violations and, where confirmed, will permanently close the account, forfeit all balances, and report the conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.

10 Responsible Gaming

luk33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire Pakistani player community. The following tools are available to all luk33 account holders at no cost and are accessible directly from the Account Dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps in PKR. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and can only be reduced with immediate effect — increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum acceptable PKR losses per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is automatically restricted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after defined playing intervals (e.g., every 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours) reminding you of the time elapsed during your current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your luk33 account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, you cannot login, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the luk33 Platform. Self-exclusion is immediate, irrevocable for a minimum of 6 months, and results in closure of your account and transfer of your real money balance back to your verified payment method.

luk33 acknowledges that gambling can become problematic for some individuals. If you believe your gambling may be harming you or others, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion facility or seek assistance from independent support organisations available in Pakistan and internationally.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the luk33 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game software, graphics, text, video streams, data, and Platform architecture — is the intellectual property of luk33 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luk33 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any luk33 content.

Any unauthorised use of luk33's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luk33 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the luk33 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, gaming winnings, or expected winnings;
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or network disruptions beyond luk33's reasonable control;
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform that proves to be inaccurate due to technical error.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of consequential damages is not permitted, luk33's liability shall be limited to the amount of funds held in your real money account balance at the time the claim arises, not to exceed PKR 5,00,000 in aggregate.

luk33 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or be free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security software.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

luk33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any luk33 account, and to withhold or void any balances, winnings, or pending withdrawals, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity associated with the account;
• Receipt of a chargeback request from the Player's payment provider;
• Detection of a duplicate account in breach of the one-account policy;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to the Dormant Account provisions below.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has recorded no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. luk33 will notify the account holder via registered contact details. If no activity is recorded within 30 days of notification, a dormancy fee of PKR 500 per month will be deducted from the real money balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

14 Amendments to These Terms

luk33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. For material changes — meaning changes that substantively affect your rights or obligations as a player — luk33 will provide at least 14 calendar days' advance notice via the email address and/or mobile number registered to your account.

Minor amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or amendments required to comply with updated licensing requirements) may take immediate effect without advance notice. luk33 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page to reflect any amendment.

Your continued use of the luk33 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment and withdraw your balance.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luk33 holds its gaming operator licence. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the laws of Pakistan as they apply to the Player, these Terms shall be interpreted to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between you and luk33 arising from these Terms or from your use of the Platform, you should first contact luk33's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. luk33 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to making a reasonable effort to resolve disputes at first instance without the need for formal arbitration.

Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the formal dispute resolution mechanism operated by luk33's licensing authority. The decision of the licensing authority's dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
